EC2SA series is a new SIP-8 package DC-DC converter with regulated output and an operating temperature range of -40 to + 85°C (Derating above 85°C).

With 2:1 input ranges of 4.5-9, 9-18, 18-36 and 36-75V, EC2SA series are available in single and dual output voltage range from 3.3 to 15V at efficiency rates of up to 83%. The input-to-output isolation is 1500VDC and features Remote On/Off function and continuous short circuit protection.

Samples are available and standard lead-time is from stock to 4 weeks.

CQB75W is a DC/DC converter with 4:1 range of input voltages from 9-36 and 18-75VDC. The single output is available with +3.3, +5, +12, +15 and +24V. The package is quarter brick and case is aluminum base plate with plastic case.

CQB75W series operate from -40 to +100°C operating case temp and is up to 87% efficient. Other features include continuous short circuit protection, remote On/Off, and external trim function.

CQB100W is a quarter brick package DC-DC converter with 4:1 input range voltages from 18-75VDC. Comprising 5 models, CQB100W series provide single output from 3.3 to 24V and operate from -40 to +100°C operating case temp and is up to 88% efficient.

All models are fully Isolated 1500VDC and feature remote ON/OFF, over-current / over-temperature protection, and output voltage adjust, and external trim up or down by up to 10%.

CHB150W series operate from -40 to +100°C operating case temp and is up to 89% efficient. Other features include Remote On/Off, Input Under Voltage Protection , Over Temperature Protection, Over Voltage / Current Protection and external trim function by up to 10%.

TRG70E is a new line of external switch-mode power supplies with IEC320-C8 AC inlet and power range of 70W in six voltage models. TRG70E series meets EN55022 Class B and CISPR/FCC Class B conducted. Of course, this new product is CEC Level IV compliant.

TRG70E series operate from 0 to 40°C and efficiency is up to 85%. Other features include Class II Insulation, leakage current is 0.25mA (Max) , continuous short circuit protection and OVP (Option).
